四层网纹硅胶软管

铂金硫化硅胶分解率低,在我们的经过认证的洁净室中生产构成了软管的内管,对溶液介质不分解任何气味和味道,非常适合制药、生物医疗、化妆品和食品加工的应用。经硫化制成均匀编织加强软管增强它的抗压能力,使它称为压力排泄应用的理想选择。
硅胶管经过了大量物理、化学和生物检测,达到FDA CFR 177.2600标准(四层强化硅胶管不能用于身体移植、持续的蒸汽和高压应用中)



可通过CIP、SIP或射线灭菌或高压灭菌
适用温度:-40℃到+200℃。

标准长度为6米/条,可按要求定制其他包装长度,也可按照要求生产90或45度异型软管。

可生产Nomex 编织结构软管。

Platinum vulcanised silicone has a low decomposition rate and is manufactured in our certified clean rooms to form the inner tube of the hose, which does not break down to any odour or taste to the solution medium, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic and food processing applications. The uniform braided reinforced hose is vulcanised to enhance its pressure resistance, making it ideal for pressure drainage applications.
The silicone hose has undergone extensive physical, chemical and biological testing to meet FDA CFR 177.2600 standards (four-ply reinforced silicone hose cannot be used in body grafting, continuous steam and high pressure applications)
 
 
Can be sterilised by CIP, SIP or radiation or autoclaved
Applicable temperatures: -40°C to +200°C
 
Standard lengths are 6m/strip, other pack lengths can be customised on request and shaped hoses can also be produced in 90 or 45 degree profiles on request.
 
Available in Nomex woven construction.
