无需硫化工艺的TPE材料软管
温度：-30℃/+135℃ 可以采用短时间的134℃的蒸汽消毒。
结构：透明，带高强度聚酯纤维网线加强。
技术特性：采用TPE复合物制造的软管，无需硫化工艺，易弯曲，质轻，内外壁完全光滑，以确保物料在管内流动充分且顺畅，便于清洗和消毒。
内壁特性：挤压式生产方式，拥有低孔隙率的TPE软管减少了渗透问题。无气味，无味道，不改变管内介质的原有感官属性。具有绝佳的耐酸碱性能、耐磨性、不透性。
外壁特性：耐臭氧、耐老化、耐候性强。内印标识，即便重复使用，也清晰可见。
应用：为化妆品、医疗保健品、食品、药品的输送提供理想的解决方案。也适用于优质葡萄酒、果汁、醋、烈酒（酒精度小于50%）、奶油类、香皂类、香精、色素。但不适用于高脂肪食品。
认证：符合欧盟EU10/2011食品级标准、美国FDA食品级标准第21CFR177.2600的规定；耐水解、耐细菌，符合USP VI级药品及规定。
Temperature: -60°C / +180°C Suitable for intermittent SIP sterilization methods and autoclaving, not for continuous steam transmission.
Construction: pure white with double reinforcement of spiral stainless steel wire (AISI 316L standard) and polyester fiber layer.
Technical characteristics: platinum vulcanized silicone tubing, universal, robust and durable. Particularly suitable for working environments with high pressure and negative pressure resistance.
Inner wall characteristics: extruded production method, super smooth inner wall, high purity silicone compound to reduce the risk of bacterial accumulation and sediment leaching, odorless and tasteless inner wall, no change in the original sensory properties of the medium inside the tube. All this makes SIL-LIFE W tube the ideal solution for material handling in clean and hygienic environments.
Outer wall properties: Its inert outer wall makes the hose resistant to weathering, weathering, temperature differences and chemicals. The hose is vulcanized in two stages to remove volatile contamination particles and ensure a clean and hygienic transfer environment. There is a glossy finish and the outer printed logo meets food grade standards.
Applications: Provides an ideal solution for material handling in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnology and food processing industries where high purity, high flexibility and bendable hose is required.
Approvals: Complies with USP Class VI, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9: Non-toxic, ISO 10993-5: For food transfer, in accordance with FDA 21CFR177.2600 (waterborne and high fat foods) and EU 1935/2004 and DM 21.3.73.
