应用范围： 高品质的耐频繁往复曲挠的多用途软管。专为机械手和自动化应用设备设计，这些工况需要柔软性，普施性，耐用性和高抗拉强度。特别适合汽车装配线，模具，制药，物料输送和焊接工业等苛刻场所输送矿物油、润滑油、冷冻液、防冻液、空气、水、乳化液。
技术特点: 配合专用推进式接头，免卡箍紧固。耐油、耐磨、耐曲饶，超强持久耐用性。适合全天候使用。
软管不导电，在1000伏直流电压下，每英寸长度的最小电阻高于1兆欧姆。
软管经600万次来回曲饶及耐磨试验，适合动态曲饶及耐磨场所。
使用寿命是普通胶管的3~5倍以上。
结 构: 内胶层: RMA-A高等级抗油性、气密性好的黑色NBR丁腈合成橡胶。
外胶层:耐磨、耐油、抗老化CSM为主的合成橡胶。
增强层: 德国产单层高强度合成纤维编织层，特殊的编织角度使得软管具备高耐曲饶性，并对接头有最强的抱紧度。
不需要卡箍紧固即可自动抱紧接头。
外 表: 光面，黑色、红色、蓝色，其他颜色可根据要求定制。
适用温度: -30℃ to 120℃。
包 装: 双重保护标准包装:内层透明PE膜缠绕,外层编织带缠绕。
按客户需要,另外可提供特定长度裁剪，或纸箱包装,托盘包装。

Designed for robotic and automation applications where flexibility, pliability, durability and high tensile strength are required. Particularly suitable for the transport of mineral oil, lubricating oil, refrigeration fluid, antifreeze, air, water, emulsions in demanding places such as automotive assembly lines, tooling, pharmaceutical, material handling and welding industries.

Technical features: with special push-in coupling, no clamping fastening. Oil resistant, wear resistant, and bending resistant, super long lasting durability. Suitable for all-weather use.
Hose does not conduct electricity, in 1000 volts DC voltage, the minimum resistance per inch length is higher than 1 megohm.
Hose by 6 million times back and forth bending and wear test, suitable for dynamic bending and wear places.
The service life is more than 3~5 times of common hose.
Structure: Inner rubber layer: RMA-A high grade oil resistance, good air tightness black NBR synthetic rubber.
Outer rubber layer: wear-resistant, oil-resistant, anti-aging CSM-based synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement layer: German single-layer high-strength synthetic fiber braid layer, special braiding angle makes the hose with high resistance to bending, and the strongest holding degree of the joint.
No need for clamps to tighten the joint automatically.
Exterior: glossy, black, red, blue, other colors available on request.
Applicable temperature: -30℃ to 120℃.
Package: Double protection standard package: inner transparent PE film winding, outer woven tape winding.
